John Gardner
Fifteen years experience in investor relations and corporate communication in Sydney, Perth and London.Core experience in the development of corporate and transaction communication strategies for clients in the energy and resources, building, engineering, property, financial and professional services, telecommunications and biotechnology sectors.John has provided strategic communication counsel on a range of highly successful corporate transactions and held an in-house investor relations and corporate communication role with an ASX-listed company. John has a Bachelor of Commerce (Curtin University), as well as a number of financial markets-related post-graduate qualifications.
Dudley White
Fourteen years’ experience in finance media and investor relations in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific.Dudley has developed a specialisation in financial communication for listed and unlisted companies and worked on a number of major transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public-to-private takeovers, debt restructurings and initial public offerings.Before moving into corporate communication and investor relations, Dudley had a successful career as a journalist with Bloomberg News in their London, Melbourne and Sydney offices. During his time at Bloomberg, Dudley developed a deep knowledge of the mining and oil and gas sectors. Dudley has a BA in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
Ian Pope
Corporate communication specialist with twelve years’ experience working across a range of sectors in London and Sydney, including insurance, investment banking, property, law, retail finance and financial technology. Ian has managed a range of strategic communication programs and has acquired deep experience in corporate positioning and crisis and issues management. He has been the lead advisor on a number of international projects and has provided advice on issues management to listed and unlisted firms in Australia. Ian is a post-graduate of the Cardiff School of Journalism and has a BA in Politics and History.
Meredith Hemsley
Diverse experience working in corporate, government, legal, private and media sectors, Meredith has outstanding skills in communication and issues management.A qualified lawyer, her prior experience working for a multi-national law firm has given Meredith a strong understanding of the law and business, with a unique perspective of clients’ needs.As a lawyer Meredith worked with clients on environment, planning, commercial and intellectual property law issues. Meredith has worked for a national public affairs company advising clients on government relations strategy. In addition to her law degree from Notre Dame, Meredith has also completed an arts degree with double majors in communication and history.
Garry Nickson
Corporate communication and investor relations specialist with eight years’ experience across the financial services, professional services, property and infastructure, and resources sectors in Australia and the Middle East, Garry is well experienced at managing media relations, corporate positioning and issues management programs.Garry has a strong background in developing and implementing communication programs for clients including a ‘big four’ Australian bank, a major property fund, a prominent sovereign wealth fund and several large-scale real estate developments.Garry holds a BA in Broadcasting Communication from Leeds University in the UK.
Stephanie Sim
Global investment banking and corporate advisory experience, working across multiple sectors including resources, mining services, construction engineering, industrial distribution, retail, media, healthcare and professional services.Valuable experience gained through a number of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, initial public offerings and corporate restructurings. Her experience of financial markets and corporate transactions provides Stephanie with a deep understanding of clients’ corporate and investment needs.Stephanie completed a double-degree (Distinction) in Commerce and Science from the University of New South Wales.
Victoria Hall
Deep corporate communication and brand reputation experience, specialising in financial and professional services.Victoria has played an integral role in numerous projects for National Australia Bank (NAB) including managing NAB Retail’s projects and working closely with regional and suburban media to publicise local branch activities.Victoria acquired strong internal communications skills through working at Bartter Enterprises. Victoria completed a Bachelor of Communications (Business) majoring in public relations and marketing at Bond University.
Kirsty Lally
As a qualified accountant, Kirsty has 12 years experience in financial accounting.Kirsty previously worked in senior financial accounting roles for listed entities in the energy, oil and gas sectors. This included working on corporate transactions, capital raisings, producing annual reports and other financial shareholder communications. She also managed the day to day financial activities of several entities. In addition, Kirsty spent a number of years working in the audit division of an international accounting firm.Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
